As a regional risk manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of safety programs and ensuring employees are following OSHA regulations and company safety policies throughout the branch. In addition, you will oversee DOT training for drivers and administer pre-employment training to all new hires. Leverage your multi-tasking skills by managing safety meetings and influencing employees on the proper safety guidelines and policies. Additionally, you will assist with operations injury analysis on all accidents and analyzing all serious injuries, fatalities that may occur.
Help IBP’s Safety Management team ensure company safety policies. By assuring IBP is staying in compliance with OSHA regulations, monitoring equipment in all vehicles and buildings. You will also complete job site checks to ensure employees are following OSHA and PPE requirements.
Responsibilities:

Conduct job site checks: Conduct regular job site checks to ensure employees are following OSHA and PPE requirements.

Manage safety meetings: Schedule and manage safety meetings, and provide guidance to employees on the proper safety guidelines and policies.
