What You Can Expect

As an Office Coordinator, you are an integral part of the operation of the branch. At OJ, we take pride in our customer relationships, we look for people who are willing to learn, who have good communication skills, and who pay attention to detail and accuracy. These are but a few of the things you can expect your tasks will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Assist/Manage daily payroll and scheduling
  • Assisting Sales Representatives
  • Setting up new projects from start to finish on our company-generated software with documents provided by Sales Reps
  • Entering information into our customer relationship management program called Sales Force
  • Emails and phone call communications are frequent.
  • General office including answering phones and assisting other office personnel

To Be Successful

  • Must have computer experience.
  • Must know Excel & Outlook
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • Able to work independently
  • Construction experience is a plus

For Your Safety

  • Lift light to moderate weight
  • Sit for extended periods of time
