This position provides reporting and HRIS support to the Payroll Department by utilizing external and built-in reporting tools. The Payroll/HRIS Administrator assists the Payroll/HRIS Manager in overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency.
- Serves as primary contact to respond to/resolve inquiries sent to the HRIS team
- Assist in weekly production payroll run, Alteryx/Importing
- Develops recommendations for process improvements related to data utilization and maintenance for accurate production payroll processing
- Provide and maintain associate training materials
- Works on projects of low to moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of problems and takes action to resolve
- Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of HCM HRIS upgrades
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of reports or queries for ongoing, customer needs
- Provides regular communications regarding,g the status of process improvements and assigned tasks
- Supports the development of specific actions and recommendations to mitigate risk and resolve outstanding issues
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience as an HRIS Analyst or in a functional payroll role
- Bachelor's Degree or some college classwork in payroll, accounting or related subject matter preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
