What You Can Expect

As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for reviewing contracts, preparing contract amendments and negotiations, under the supervision and direction of the Risk Department Legal Counsel. Your tasks may include, but not be limited to:

  • Analyze and report on specific risks associated with the contract
  • Draft, evaluate and negotiate contract addendum based on an existing contract strategy
  • Provide contract-related issue resolution
  • Manage record keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation
  • Communicate with branch representatives, vendors, prime contractors, and insurance professionals

To Be Successful

  • Prior experience/knowledge of construction contracts is preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat or other PDF management/processing software.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively.
