We're looking for a diligent Customer Success Manager to join our team! If you are the right one for us, you will be people-oriented and enjoy helping them with their questions about health coverage. You will think of conversations with customers as more than a job, but educating others on their options when losing coverage, transitioning employers, or leaving a family plan.

Your typical day will include:
- Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information, then advising them with personalized solutions.
- Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.

- Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.
- In-Office full-time availability required.
