Change Management Consultant – Inspire11

What you can expect in this role:

• Strategy and Planning – Strategic facilitation, planning, roadmap development, maturity model assessment, team building and ways of working 
• Program Leadership – Program governance and leadership, initiative management, and project management (SDLC, Large Programs, SAFe, Agile, Kanban) 
• Change Enablement – Change management strategy, organization & change program leadership, building change organizations 
• Organizational Design and Alignment – Organizational design, workforce planning, organizational design launch

Tools for success:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience working with clients and/or stakeholders, 3-5 of which has been in project leadership (there will be commensurate responsibilities and compensation based on years of experience)
• Excellent communication, active listening and emotional intelligence skills 
• Experience performing change assessments and implementing change management programs
• Experience with organizational design
• Experience in established technology and product departments with mature program management processes and standards for both Agile project methodologies 
• Cross-functional team collaboration
• College degree, boot camp, or equivalent training/experience
