We are looking for a talented Contract Specialist to join the team! REMOTE CAPABLE! The Contract Specialist will coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify propriety information protection requirements. Drafts terms and conditions and coordinates for approval. Collects and dispositions proposal and other contractual materials. Assists with the development of proposal responses. Conducts limited contract negotiations. Researches contractual, technical or price disputes and makes initial recommendations. Prepares and executes final propriety info agreements. Administers contract to include contract documentation, data tracking and reporting. Education and experience: 0-2 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree. Limited use or application of basic principles, theories and concepts. Limited knowledge of industry and standards. Apply today!
