What are the responsibilities and job description for the Surgical Coding Manager (Physician/ Pro fee) position at Insight Global?
Fully Remote
Day to day:
- A multispecialty person, managing entire team, oversees supervisors and all specialties within coding (Breast, urology, general surgery, gyn, thoracic and colorectal)
- Oversight reviews and reporting – Send out reports to for all of TXONC metrics and measures
- Reviewing Supervisors
- Needs to be the SME over surgical cases so supervisors can come to them for questions
- Experience coding surgeries themselves
Must Haves:
- 4 years' experience coding surgeries - pro fee side
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience working with a team remotely
- Understanding of coding and revenue cycle
- Understanding of how to look at reports and manipulate spreadsheets (Pivot tables, V-lookups)

Pay: $86,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
