Position: IT ERP Workstream Lead

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Location: on site in Reynoldsburg Ohio 43068 or New Castle, Indiana 47362 – will also have work from home days but need to sit in one of these locations

Int times: Mondays – 11am, 2pm, 3pm, and Thursdays 10am, 1pm, 4pm

Will require travel – all travel paid for

there are 5 different specifications for the 10 openings. will cover slight differences when assigned to req. The below are the most general qualifications for all. WILL TAKE RECENT GRADS WHO HAVE DEGREES/INTERNSHIPS OF TECHNOLIGES LISTED BELOW

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT preferred, Production and Operations Management, Supply Chain Management and Logistics or a closely related field (only required if no professional experience for recent grads)
• Use of or implementation experience of any MRP or ERP IT Systems.
• EX: Syteline/SAP/JD Edwards/Dynamics 365/QAD

• If not a recent grad, 2 years of professional experience within Business Processes – within IT/IS/Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Logistics
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Day-to-Day:

In the coming year, The client will implement an updated enterprise solution system. As an IT ERP Workstream Lead, you will be part of the team that implements this system. You will be responsible for learning and becoming a subject matter expert, participate in design sessions and system configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different locations of the client. You will participate in ERP process design sessions, the configuration, testing and go live, as well as training the key users at the different areas of the clients locations.

After the implementation, the Workstream Lead will support the business with change requests, provide training and ensure the implemented system is functioning as intended.

• Knowledge and experience with IT enterprise systems
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Product Design Management (PDM) systems
• Ability to ask users about their processes and how they could be automated and improved
• Ability to train end users of varied positions and levels of technical ability
• Ability to lead and problem solve
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
