Insight Global is Hiring a Corporate Recruiter Near Spartanburg, SC

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Experience: 3 years full lifecycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruiting is a harsh requirement

Plusses:

  • Workday ATS experience an plus
  • Experience in the restaurant, hospitality or retail industry is a plus.

Overview:

Executes talent acquisition strategies to establish an external pipeline of highly qualified candidates for corporate positions.

* Manages the talent acquisition cycle from position set up/structure & intake through hire, to include sourcing, resume review, leading interview processes, background & drug screening process, salary consult & negotiation, etc.

* Partners with internal clients, hiring managers and teams, to build trust and credibility while working to identify talent to fit their business need.

* Acts as a strong business partner to all departments, understanding position requirements, creating position postings and ads, coordinating with Compensation Manager on position pricing and salary consults, and guiding managers through the approval process.

* Works with internal clients to coordinate requests for temporary or contract employees.

* Serves as a Brand Ambassador representing Denny's to candidates; identifies the strengths of the brand and influences the employer branding to effectively share the Denny's story, benefits, and employee proposition.

* Uses the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to manage the Recruiting process workflow. Executes transactions within Workday to create positions, requisitions, post jobs, track candidate status, and complete the hiring process.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour
