IAA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our corporate team in Westchester, IL.

The Senior Product Manager will manage the Field Operations product(s) to support the company’s overall strategy and goals. This role will lead and manage a team of Product Owners/Analysts who will work internally with Marketing, Sales, Operations Management and Technology teams and externally with customers and industry partners, in defining and delivering high-value products. This position represents the technology side and is essential in driving, influencing and collaborating across all functions. This position will report to the VP of Product Delivery.
Job Responsibilities:

• Define product strategy and create product roadmaps
• Act as a knowledge leader and product advocate within IAA
• Contribute to a customer-centric, quality diligent environment for developing products
• Establish product goals and measure results
• Manage the product team to ensure development and delivery of new products and product enhancements on time, on budget, and on value
• Collaborate with various teams including technology and business
• Effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or 5 years as a Product Owner
• 10 years of experience delivering to customers in a business operations or a technology role
• Working knowledge of Product Management tools and artifacts
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Understanding of and experience with Agile 
• Ability to quantitatively assess and prioritize customer needs
• Ability to perform market research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence studies
• Must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time
• Understanding of technology is preferred
• Industry experience in salvage/wholesale vehicle auction or remarketing services is preferred
