Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of how to use various social media platforms for relationship building
• Ability to use the written word in different settings appropriately to achieve your objective
• Track record of success in working both independent to, as well as interdependent within a team
• Direct personal selling to new and existing accounts
• Acquire new customers and close orders
• Lead aspects of the BD and sales process, solution development, proposal delivery, close, implementation, follow up
• Refer opportunities for growth on services and products to other company sales resources and divisions
• Plan and execute sales strategy and tactics
• Manage customer expectations and satisfaction
• Achieve sales quotas and profit margins
• Ability to travel
• Experience in reading complex drawing packages and RFQ’s to identify proper fit

What You Should Bring to this Role:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Management
• A minimum of 2-4 years experience in Industrial business development and selling in metal related industries.
• Microsoft Office proficiency, CRM, other business programs
• Prior track record of achievement in positions with significant accountability
