If you answered yes to the questions above, we would love to speak with you about the Systems Admin position we are hiring for.

The IT Systems Administrator will be primarily a remote position. It should serve as the first point of contact for internal customers seeking technical assistance submitted to the IT support system.

Below you will find a list of things you will be doing:

  • Logging and addressing break/fix tickets coming in from the clinics via the ticketing portal or phone/email.
  • Performing remote troubleshooting
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by internal customers.
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel if required.
  • Managing software installation, upgrades, and fixes.
  • Working with software and hardware vendors and partners to minimize downtime for the doctors and technical personnel at remote clinics.
  • Managing printer deployments and printing issues with laser, aqueous, and thermal devices.
  • Imaging and deploying new workstations, both Windows and Mac.
  • Helping develop and manage local network infrastructure.
  • Traveling, when needed, to a remote location to help with deployments or changes on site.
  • Assisting the director of IT in crafting a development path for the infrastructure.
  • Receiving, provisioning, and shipping IT equipment for existing and new users.
  • Identifying and suggesting possible improvements in procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree in IT from an accredited institution with at least 2 years of work experience OR 4 years of directly related work experience
  • Industry-accepted certifications like A , Network , and MCSA are preferred but not required
  • Computer networking: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Windows support: 4 years (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Hybrid remote in Atlanta, GA 30319 (Ability to commute/relocate; reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required))

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT Support Technician
  • Good understanding of computer systems, including Windows PCs and MAC PCs
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues remotely
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions to assist engineering staff with admin tasks

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to OSHA single-person lift requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend or walk for prolonged periods of time

Travel:

  •  10-20% of the time
