We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join our growing team in Austin, Texas!

The Human Resource Coordinator plays a critical role in the employee experience – leading new employee onboarding, off-boarding, and day-to-day support of our practice partners. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manages pre-employment processes, such as background checks and drug screens.
  • Acts as the primary point person for candidates during the onboarding process, sending onboarding invitations, responding to queries, overseeing progress and ensuring completion.
  • Key support representative during practice acquisitions, ensuring managers have real-time insight into staff progress and challenges.
  • Supports queries related to leaves of absence, paid time off, and return to work processes.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate data in the HRIS.
  • Leads ongoing audits of employee records.
  • Manages COBRA, workers’ compensation and unemployment processes.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Personal drive to deliver excellent work product and service.
  • Ability to balance efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, with heavy usage of excel.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years' of related experience required.
