Veterinary Client Service Representative
Department: Receptionists
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Chattanooga, Tennessee
Reporting To: JESSICA MULLINS(A2KC)
Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 / hour
Description
The ideal schedule for this position would be Fri-Sun 11am-11pm.
Here is What Your Day Might Consist of:
- Answering phone calls
- Maintain clinic cleanliness
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain veterinary records and accounts
- Perform clerical and data entry tasks
- Handle financial transactions
Here is the Experience you Will Bring to the Job:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Upbeat attitude
- Proven leadership skills
- Veterinary experience (preferred but not required)
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
