Summary:
The Installation and Service Technician 1 is responsible for installing and servicing IWT’s SENTINEL™ communications system with new and existing customers. IWT’s primary customers operate coalmines, and we service other mines types as well, such as Salt and Hard Rock. Initially, the Technician 1 will train alongside experienced Technicians for 1-2 years to gain knowledge of IWT’s system and standard operating procedures.
