We are currently looking for IT Support Technician to join our IT team in Springville, UT. We have a fun, supportive and great team that you'll enjoy working with!

Performs the following types of duties: Installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining personal computer hardware and software; working with users in answering questions and solving problems relating to computer systems; coordinating and performing PC user training; performs other related duties as assigned at a competent level.

As IT Support Technician, you will:

• Installs and maintains Computer system hardware and software, including PC, Apple, iPads, and other mobile platforms.
• Works as a resource person to answer questions and solve problems pertaining to Computer systems.
• Trains people in efficient use of Computer hardware and software.
• Supports day to day operations of systems or related activities as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• General understanding of software and hardware applications on PC’s, Apple devices, and networks. Solid level of understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office 365 is essential. Average understanding of Active Directory group security and policies.
• Proficient at working with users to analyze technical problems and provide solutions through use of personal knowledge or reference materials. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Can install, maintain, troubleshoot, and provide user support for computer systems and networks. Comprehends new technical concepts quickly. Professional, organized, and self-motivated. Demonstrates efficiency in time management, project coordination, and teamwork. Able to work irregular and overtime hours as required
• BS degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
