The Role

The Program Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating weekly business review (WBR) meetings and other strategic company-related meetings for CEO / VP-Biz Ops with all business unit functions. They will be responsible for taking meeting minutes, tracking action items, and following up with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule. Additionally, they will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives to ensure that they are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget. This role is very important role to drive the strategic objectives of the company. This role has a direct influence on the business unit's performance and results. 

What You Bring to The Team:

• Coordinate and manage weekly business review meetings with all business unit functions
• Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with team members to ensure that tasks are completed on schedule
• Manage projects and initiatives to ensure that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Communicate effectively with different levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Provide regular updates on project progress and identify areas of improvement
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Develop and maintain project documentation

Required Qualifications

• 7-8 years of experience in program management
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with taking meeting minutes, tracking action items, and following up with team members
• Understanding of project management methodologies
• Ability to work independently and be detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with different levels of management and cross-functional teams
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
• PMP or other relevant certifications a plus
