This is a part time position (Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 7 hrs./day).

Position Summary

Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs, and managing the company’s general and administrative activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support for the organization.
  • Maintain reception area, conference rooms, and common areas to support visitors and company meetings.
  • Administrative support to Executive team members.
  • Answer phones and directs calls accordingly.
  • Calendar and schedule management related to coordinating meetings, reserving conference rooms, and maintaining multiple calendars.
  • Maintain sufficient office supplies, kitchen stock, and support overall ordering, and organizing.
  • Assist with customer shipments and mailings.
  • Data entry, document management, and overall file maintenance.
  • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned or required.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • 2-3 years relative experience in an administrative role.
  • Basic computer and software skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and excels in a team environment.

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
