We are a mission-oriented accessibility technology company looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to support our growing team. This position will provide an opportunity to work across the Product and Marketing teams and take on impactful work in a fast-paced, startup environment. We are looking for entrepreneurial and self-motivated candidates who can help us accelerate growth by driving user acquisition and engagement initiatives. Prior professional experience working in a growth/performance marketing role for a successful mobile app is ideal.
This position will be based in our Irvine, California office and can be structured as a hybrid (office/remote) role.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, display, and programmatic advertising
- Develop and test new media partners and advertising strategies
- Drive marketing budget optimization based on data-driven analyses of ROI by channel
- Collaborate across internal marketing team and external vendors on the ideation, development and A/B testing of new creative assets
- Analyze user behavior trends to generate insights on impact of marketing and product campaigns
- Work closely with the product team to identify opportunities to improve user acquisition, retention, and engagement
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and extremely high degree of personal responsibility
- 5 years of experience in digital marketing, including mobile app marketing
- Up-to-date knowledge on the latest mobile app marketing trends
- Experience directly managing and executing ad campaigns
- Deep understanding of mobile attribution platforms and marketing analytics tools
- Must have valid US work authorization
