INN ON THE LAKES is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Sebring, FL

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
  • Must have experience with Opera Cloud.
  • Must have 2 years of work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Team player.
  • Well-groomed, professional appearance.
  • Must be available to work night shifts, mid shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
  • Perform all check in and check out tasks.
  • Operate switchboard.
  • Take reservations.
  • Performing duties on daily checklist.
  • Anticipating and addressing guests needs and resolving them in a timely manner.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour
