INN ON THE LAKES is Hiring a Front Desk Agent Near Sebring, FL
Requirements:
- High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
- Must have experience with Opera Cloud.
- Must have 2 years of work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Team player.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance.
- Must be available to work night shifts, mid shifts, overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
- Perform all check in and check out tasks.
- Operate switchboard.
- Take reservations.
- Performing duties on daily checklist.
- Anticipating and addressing guests needs and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
