Job Description: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a key member of our front office team, responsible for assisting our valued clients. Your primary focus will be providing exceptional customer service. You would be expected to be a persuasive communicator, skilled in building relationships.
The Customer Service Representative position requires you to be a hard worker, to take initiative, and to pay attention to detail. You will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty who would be grateful to refer others to our business. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The position requires top performance and exemplary dedication towards Injury Smart Law mission of “changing people’s lives”.
