Job Description

We are looking for a Partner Success Manager (PSM) in the Vacation Property Management Software division to drive successful adoption and expansion of LiveRez’s Software Solution within her/his accounts. The PSM role will collaboratively drive change management and adoption activities with key Business Decision Makers, help reduce risk, drive usage of existing integrations, and identify expansion opportunities in her/his accounts. The PSM is also a key part of our customer facing sales teams and will be called on frequently to leverage their deep knowledge of LiveRez to support growth and adoption of available IIQ products and integrations.

Functions and Responsibilities

The LiveRez Partner Success Manager role will enable our partners to realize business value from their investment and make our partners passionate advocates of LiveRez. The PSM will also be assigned 60-75 partner accounts to manage and communicate with on a regular basis.

  • Create value for partners by ensuring they have a direct line of communication for any business needs related to LiveRez
  • Be accountable to drive high usage of LiveRez and 3rd party integrations with partners
  • Leverage deep functional expertise to increase the customer’s usage of existing integrations
  • Proactively identify available products in each account to drive value for IIQ, our partners and LiveRez
  • Build, maintain and leverage strong relationships with Business Decision Makers and IT Decision Makers within each partner to influence solution adoption, create strong support for new opportunities and to secure their willingness to advocate on LiveRez’s behalf
  • Build/maintain channel of communication with partner in case of online service-related issues and events
  • Orchestrate and gain strong buy-in with multiple service teams and be highly connected to LiveRez’s SMEs throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Collaborate with key roles in other product groups to deliver full LiveRez value to partner
  • Cross-sell available products under the IIQ umbrella to solidify LiveRez as a core business software
  • Educate partner on industry best practices


Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of relationship management, preferably within a SaaS organization

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. This individual must be capable of leading business reviews, and large group meetings with external partners, and internal teams.

  • Proven ability to map the customer’s business process to product capability

  • Experience in driving adoption through effective change management

  • Experience in Vacation Rental Property Management, Property Management and or SaaS environment is preferred

  • Top-notch executive engagement skills with an ability to establish strong relationships with business decision makers

  • Strong interpersonal skills that establish Trusted Advisor relationships with clients

  • Strong organizational/time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Effective at explaining how technology works and overseeing technical problem solving

  • Impeccable attention to detail, follow-through, and resourcefulness

  • Cultural awareness and appreciation for diversity

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
