Summary:
The campus is located in beautiful downtown Seattle and is an excellent opportunity to work with a close-knit team of experienced Member Service Representatives. Our Member Services team fields call from patients to answer questions about their statements and bills.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls (averaging about 60 per day)
- Communicating with patients regarding follow-up on claims status, eligibility, benefits, etc.
- Provide outstanding customer service
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Previous experience working in a call center environment
- Experience working in healthcare preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
