The Warehouse Clerk will be involved in the inventory and restocking of supplies, cleaning and disposing of waste and recyclables, pickup and delivery in company vehicles, and shipping and receiving.
Hours: Monday- Friday 10:00am-6:30pm

Responsibilities:
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse
- Coordinate and prepare projects for printing and mail insertion
- Setup, insert and prepare mailings for delivery to USPS in Aurora daily
- Accept incoming dock shipments
- Sort and inventory incoming supplies: Envelopes, forms, inserts, postal supplies
- Provide mailings supplies, trays, sleeves, and envelopes to operators on inserter machines
- Relocate and provide empty cardboard containers in Mail Operations and Laser
- Prep and deliver recycled materials
- Bindery responsibilities
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to process, comprehend and follow the detailed instruction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment and adhere to deadlines
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and to frequently lift and move heavy materials (about 30-35 pounds)
- Ability to take initiative, be self-motivated, and work independently
- Forklift and 20’ box truck experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be able to pass a drug screen, E-Verify, and background check
