As an independent insurance agency, we represent many of the finest plans in the health and life insurance industry. Informed Choice opened in 1998 in Green Bay and has since grown to serve thousands of satisfied clients living throughout Wisconsin as well as the Midwest. Our growth has taken us to open offices in Florida and most recently, Madison. We are seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Green Bay, WI.
Position Summary:
Our Client Service Representative is responsible for interacting with clients to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. This will be done over the phone. Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and attention to detail are essential.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours in an office environment. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Involves frequent telephone contact with agents and employees. Interaction with others is constant and may be interruptive or involve dealing with angry or upset people.
The employee may occasionally lift files, paper, or office equipment weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other such office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/30 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods and the ability to optimally communicate is required.
The working conditions of this position requires the employee to work inside an office environment.
