We are seeking a Senior Business System Analyst - HCM Cloud experience to join our Enterprise Applications team reporting to the Director of IT. You are the ideal candidate if you have a good understanding of the Hire to Retire process and excellent working knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities. 

What you’ll do:

  • Oversee end to end Oracle fusion HCM implementation project rollout
  • Lead the overall solution and design for Oracle fusion human capital for various projects
  • Manage and support Oracle HCM System configurations and architecture
  • Configure systems for Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM modules like Global Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence
  • Work with the IT business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement, and optimization of existing systems and processes
  • Lead business meetings and conduct workshops for critical business process deployments

What you’ll bring:

  • 9 years of experience working in Oracle HCM Cloud technology with good knowledge in Global Core HR, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, Compensation, and Absence management
  • Working experience in at least two end-to-end fusion HCM implementation projects
  • Proficiency in building HCM Extract including HR Archive, Payroll Interface types, and Benefits, BI Reports including RTF, eText and Excel Template, and XSL and OTBI reports
  • Excellent experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), File Based Loader (FBL), and PBL Payroll Batch Loader (PBL) conversion process
  • Expertise in Fast Formulas, HCM design studio, and customization of the global data model for the HCM Extracts and Bursting logics
  • Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values set, work structures, area of responsibility, personalization, Business Process Management (BPM), approval, and configuration of HCM Process
  • Superb functional troubleshooting skills in Oracle Cloud HCM modules
  • Exceptional experience with REST API, SOAP, Web Services, Application Composer, Page Composer, and Page Configurator
  • Expertise with bi-directional interfaces for Payroll, Benefits, Stocks, 401K, Demographics, etc.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, accounting, finance, or related field required
  • Oracle Cloud Certification in one or more HCM modules is a plus

After six months, you will…

  • Understand Infoblox’s Hire to Retire process
  • Have hands-on experience with the Infoblox HCM cloud system and be able to participate in the feature development for the Big Story

After about a year, you will…

  • Have deep knowledge in the Infoblox Hire to Retire process and the technical skills to execute development cycles
  • Collaborate with peers and teams across the organization in various development cycles
  • Technically assist and guide new business system analysts and help them ramp up
  • Be a key contributor to the success of the company

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned is the base salary range for the role. The typical base salary range for this position is $106,300 - $158,400 plus corporate bonus.
