We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Customer Success Management team, reporting to the director of Customer Analytics. In this role, you will help internal organizations stay on schedule, on budget, and ultimately on an upward trajectory of growth and success. You will help the team accelerate the strategic programs from development to execution by giving detailed attention to program strategy, project delegation, and program implementation. From gathering requirements, building processes, and driving projects to completion, you will be a high-performing team player.

The Customer Analytics team drives business metrics and engagement strategies and delivers operations for the Global Customer Success team. The team works closely to drive customer engagements and improve outcomes for both our customers (all segments) and Infoblox itself. Working within Customer Success and Customer Analytics, and cross-functionally with Professional Services, Renewals, Support, Product, Sales, Enablement, and IT – this role is highly collaborative and has a large responsibility to ensure that all the team members understand how to work together and coordinate their efforts on the way to a larger goal. This is an opportunity to see how organizations approach collaboration and partnership internally to accomplish goals and objectives. • Maintain programs and projects currently in flight and initiated after hire
• Assist in development of strategies and programs to execute on objectives
• Contribute innovative ideas to new and existing programs
• Build new processes and develop improvements to current programs
• Document all changes and updates to any programs in our playbooks and with the Analytics team
•  Report on progress of data driven programs and projects in flight – present at staff calls and other internal meetings as required
• Contribute to the development of meaningful assets both internal and external facing. These assets will help others do their jobs better and potentially help customers realize the value of Infoblox products.
• Execute operational and administrative tasks that align with programs, including updating decks, project tracking, etc.
• Actively look for the intersection of business and technology

• 1 years of experience in program management, business, or marketing. (Including internships or full-time employment)
• Desire to be part of an innovative, high-performing team, with a preference for action and integrity
• Ability to compose content that is concise and compelling (writing skills)
• Organized, with good time management skills
• Ability to manage projects and maintain deadlines by communicating priorities and holding program participants accountable for deliverables.
• Capable of dealing with ambiguity and attempting to solve problems independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. SmartSheet proficiency is a plus. Gainsight experience is also a bonus.
• Ability to create content from existing materials (repurpose/transform)
• Accountable self-starter who can be trusted to take initiative
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Operations, Business Administration, or other related degrees

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

• Manage all projects and programs for the CA team
• Understand the business strategy and operations strategy of not only CA and CS, but the organization as a whole
• Have a basic to intermediate understanding of Infoblox’s products and services

After about a year, you will…

• Have a holistic understanding of Infoblox product lines, their importance in the marketplace and to our customers
• Support and advise the customer success team as needed on operating procedures and protocols
• Collaborate independently with internal teams to bring new efficiencies and strategies to the forefront for the CA and CS teams
• Be a Subject Matter Expert on Customer Analytics programs and practices
• Represent the Customer Analytics team on cross-functional calls
• Present to leadership on initiatives and programs originating in CA
