Overview

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

BA/BS degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Business Administration or related field

3 years of the most recent 5 years’ experience in a direct Recruiting function

Working knowledge of recruitment, interviewing and related Human Resource functions

Specific knowledge of Federal/State regulations governing the employment process

Demonstrated refined judgment and customer service skills

Demonstrated ability to organize and discharge activity of a professional nature with minimal supervision

Desired Qualifications:

Working knowledge of all Infirmary Health’s human resource policies, programs, processes, human resource information processing environment and reporting applications

Desired Licensure, Registration, Certification:

Professional designation in a human resource-related professional society or group

Responsibilities

Performs assigned recruiting and other employment functions for positions throughout the System, in accordance with Infirmary Health and departmental policies and procedures to ensure the timely acquisition of the human resources needed to support System goals and objectives.
