Join our growing human resources team! We are seeking a Human Resources Business Consultant to provide human resources generalist support to a group of skilled nursing facilities located throughout Indiana.
Successful candidate will be able to provide advice and consulting support related to hiring, training, human resources policies and procedures, retention and terminations. Leadership skills are critical and must have the ability to multi-task while ensuring that results are achieved. At least 2-3 years experience working in the long-term care industry is required as well as a solid knowledge of employment regulations and the ability to create programs and enhance the overall people culture in the faciliites. Position is a full-time position and includes a competitive benefit package. The position requires travel each week to visit faciliites with some overnights required.
