Infinity Health Care Management is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer. We are a health care consulting company specializing in long term care. We currently provide services to over 65 skilled nursing facilities in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Tennessee, Texas, and Oklahoma. We provide oversight to skilled nursing, residential and assisted living facilities. Infinity HCM focuses on advising and assisting the facilities they work with to maintain an exemplary relationship and high standard of care for both their employees and residents, respectively. Infinity consultants have a deep knowledge base learned through years of education and clinical work. They are able to share this knowledge with their clients, to assist the client-nursing facilities in providing the very best in patient care and efficient operations. Our consultants are learned, dedicated and compassionate, and bring a unique skill set to help advice their client-facilities.

Key requirement for the position:

Relocation to Fort Lauderdale is required.

·Multi state clinical consulting experience with skilled nursing facilities

·At least 5 years’ experience supervising nurse consultants in the skilled nursing industry.

·Strong knowledge of the state and federal regulations governing the SNF industry, QAPI, ROPs, and etc.

·Experience in developing clinical systems, policies and procedures, and data trending.

·Experience with handling the acquisition of skilled nursing facilities from an operations standpoint.

·Compassion for the elderly and employees that care for our residents

·Strong computer skills and experience with Point Click Care is preferred.

·Crisis Management and ability

·Involvement in state health care associations and American Health Care Association

·Registered Nurse with license in good standing

·Travel required 30%-40% of time
