You will review and identify requirements for repairing and over-hauling (Flight control surfaces, TRs, Engine Cowls, composites, and mechanical components) per Customer/FAA/EASA requirements/rules/regulations and approved data. Validate requirements listed in CMMs and Repair Manuals, along with identifying mandatory AD/SB requirements. Initiate and document requirements in Work Orders, Repair Orders and Sales Orders.

RAA

• Review PN and/or Assemblies for AD/SB applicability.
• Ensure mandatory ADs/SBs are listed on applicable Work Orders, Repair Orders and/or Sales Orders.
• Verify applicable tech data correct revision is available for completing repairs or over-haul.
• Submit Support Tickets to OEMs for technical inquires as required.
• Identify required BOM (Bill-of-Material) for configuration upgrades, repairs, or over-hauls.
• Close out completed Work Orders, Repair Orders and/or Sales Orders.
• Comply with all company rules, regulations, and procedures set forth in company manuals and policies.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships and collaboration with other employees.
• Develop personal skills for continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Prefer a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate preferred.
• Prefer a minimum of five years of aircraft maintenance experience on aircraft & repair station background.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proficient in navigating the FAA and EASA websites for ADs.
• Ability to pass extensive security and background checks.
• Technical knowledge and skills in aviation products repair or manufacturing
• Must be able to read and interpret maintenance manuals and specifications to competently perform their duties
• Must be able to work alone, without direction, and with minimal supervision
• Excellent interpersonal and ability to work in cooperation with diverse teams.
