NOW HIRING - Clerical Assistant/Transportation Driver for individuals with disabilities for a life enrichment center.

Destiny Quality Care, LLC provides transportation for the Agency for Persons with Disabilities within the Valrico, Brandon, Riverview, Plant City and Tampa areas.

Destiny Quality Care is seeking passionate, responsible, reliable and dependable applicants who have experience driving multi-passenger vans (15 people per vehicle) and applicants who can assist with office tasks as necessary. This job requires individuals who can competently, safely transport persons with disabilities to and from their day training centers (ADT).

Direct Care Professional/Clerical Assistant/Transportation Driver Workers Duties:

Render professional, ethical and passionate care for those who require transportation to their Adult day Programs & locations of employment.

Must have a local background screening & level 2 background screen performed and cleared. Candidates must complete both on their own.

Must have an active FL drivers license, auto insurance & clean driving history. Document and report on vehicle conditions

Must be able to professionally and confidently communicate with the consumer's family.

Attend trainings and remain up to date on educational requirements via Train Florida.

Assist with daily cleaning of the fleet vehicles

Qualification s:

Previous employment as a transportation provider in human services or medical services is a plus. Must be knowledgeable in clerical duties that utilize a desktop pc & Microsoft applications.

Compensation provided based on professional experience

Must be able to render professional and ethical care to all consumers, staff, and families alike.

Verbal and written communication skills is required.

Must have the ability to multitask.

Clearly Vocalize instructions to multiple individuals.

Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office, (Word and Outlook)

High School Diploma/GED Equivalent Required

Adherence to a professional code of ethics and confidentiality, recognizing the rights of consumers. Knowledge of and ability to comply with the Federal, State and Agency Mandated Regulations

Have the capability to perform light duty lifting tasks.
