Job Title: Technical Writer Clearance Required: Secret Work Location: Washington, DC & Remote (Onsite 3 days a week required) Responsibilities: - Possesses strong written communication skills
- Understands the technical aspects of IT services and the ECA EX IT business objectives
- Drafts strategic writing with assistance of SMEs in Data, Platforms, Solutions, and Security
- Communicates with EX/IT leadership and functional area team leads to draft technical documentation to assist other ECA organizations and customer needs
- Create and maintain technical documentation in alignment with SOW requirements in support of EX/IT applications, platforms as well as a cybersecurity framework in collaboration with security SMEs.
Required Experience: - 3 years Technical Writing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage and communicate status on multiple priorities
- Ability to lead self and others to drive team success
- Willingness to identify and improve processes and procedures
