Job Summary:
Our Customer Service Specialist will be the point person for incoming phone calls, emails, and texts from potential customers needing service or requesting an estimate. This position will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and developing lasting customer relationships with our clients. Our Customer Service Specialist will need to be organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task.
