Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location:  Sacramento

Classification: Full-time, M-F 7:30am-4:30pm

Reports to: Senior Management

Job Summary:

Our Customer Service Specialist will be the point person for incoming phone calls, emails, and texts from potential customers needing service or requesting an estimate. This position will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and developing lasting customer relationships with our clients. Our Customer Service Specialist will need to be organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
  • Process work orders and quote requests for multiple departments
  • Occasionally assist Service Managers with communications to clients
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments & personnel
  • Request insurance certificates as necessary
  • Filing
  • Maintain reports

Position Requirements:

  • 2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Experience managing a multi-line phone system
  • Must be intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office Suite programs
  • Sage 100 experience a plus
  • Bookkeeping experience a plus
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Strong ability to multi-task with excellent time management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and stress
