INDUS Technology is Hiring an IT Specialist (Test Director) Near Hawaii, HI

Overview

Reporting to the Program Manager, the IT Specialist (Test Director) is responsible for providing technical and programmatic support to the USN Afloat C4I community. This is a contingent position.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support to C4I systems architecture, installation, and integration/testing activities to a federal program office.
  • Generate and review Ship Installation Drawings (SID). 
  • Engage stakeholders to support and improve fleet modernization processes. 
  • Review, edit, and maintain technical documentation and briefs. 
  • Develop and brief senior staff around project status, reports, drawings, and metrics. 
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role. 
  • High School diploma required. 
  • Six (6) years of experience with US Navy afloat C4I systems architecture, interoperability, integration, testing, and briefing project status.
  • Six (6) years of experience with fleet modernization process stakeholders and organizational leadership.
  • Six (6) years of experience developing and updating the integrated government schedule (IGS) successor task relationships and resources. 
  • Six (6) years of experience preparing and reviewing technical issues to ensure effective and efficient IT systems.
  • Six (6) years of experience analyzing data and resolving technical issues to ensure effective and efficient IT systems.
