Brehob Nurseries is looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual with experience in a nurseryand/or plant knowledge.The candidate must love working with customers, discovering their needsand recommending plants that meet their needs.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Works with customers directly to access their needs and recommend plants to meet those needs.Builds relationships with customers, learns about their business to help with future needs.Proactive in resolving customer issues. Creates an enjoyable customer experience to keep the customers coming back.
• Detail focused:Loads customers’ material safely and accurately so the correct quantity and quality, unbrokenmaterial arrives at customer’s destination.Keeps yard organized and clean by keeping rows straight, clean of weeds and trash, and good record keeping of quantities and locations.Takes pride in their designated sales areaand displays healthy plants.
• Team-oriented:Focuses on safety to keep self and teammates out of harms way.Takes care of assignedequipment and files a daily inspection sheet.Assists in unloading inbound material when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma/GED
• Required: 1-2 years working in a customer service environment
• Required: Heavy lifting(minimum of 50 lbs.) as well as use of equipment (tractors, etc.)
