We are excited to be recruiting for the next important piece of our history and new talent, a Contracts Manager! The Contracts Manager prepares proposals, assists with contracts’ negotiation, and administers commercial and government contracts in accordance with company policy and legal requirements. This position direct or leads the work of others. Additionally, this position reports directly to Ownership.

The responsibilities of this role may include:

· Oversees government and commercial contracts, task orders, sub-contracts and project support staff

· Coordinates data and information and prepares internal and external reports from various departments

· Provides guidance on complex contracts

· Establishes effective working relationships with Managers for successful contract execution

· Assesses and analyzes contract proposals

· Assists with qualifying labor resources for contract and task order bids

· Administers and manages timekeeping system for all employees

· Establishes contract procedures related to pre-award and post-award and contract termination

· Provides project team with insight on unique aspects of the project/system requirements

· Negotiates contractual terms, making necessary amendments in contracts

· Oversees the closing of contracts after ensuring all contractual terms and conditions are met

· Evaluates bid responsiveness, and contractor responsibility

· Monitors and coordinates performance of contracts and milestones

· Informs Managers of the performance of contracts and milestones

· Oversees the completion of tasks and processing of payments

To qualify for this position, you must possess at least 7 years of contracts management experience within the DoD space. A Bachelor's in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
