Description
Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive services within scope of licensure, specialized trainings, and IHCRC privileges.
- Includes measurable and time limited goals and objectives in progress notes.
- Completes thorough intakes on patients, including obtaining mental health and substance abuse history.
- Develops diagnosis for patients based on DSM-V criteria.
- Completes Psychological Evaluation, administering testing in a standardized manner.
- Provides ongoing mental health counseling to patients and families.
- Provides crisis intervention services.
- Establishes rapport with patients and provides continuing care to patients.
- Collaborate with other providers/agencies with referrals and/or integrated care.
- Assist with facilitation of integrated care.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Demonstrates age appropriate competencies.
- PhD or PsyD from an APA accredited university.
- Current and valid Oklahoma Psychologist license required. Or license eligible.
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency with electronic health records software.
- Must be a self-starter, multi-tasker, with ability to effectively give direction and input to care team.
