IndeVets is looking for a demand gen pro to join our rapidly growing marketing team and own the strategy and execution of our demand generation programs. As the Director of Demand Generation, reporting directly to Chief Marketing Officer, you’ll design and lead the demand generation function to drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable lead pipeline and revenue through integrated campaigns that span content, events, paid advertising, email marketing, trade shows, and more.

By executing multi-channel campaigns, you’ll build our audiences, convert audiences to prospects, and prospects to Associate IndeVets and IndeVets Hospital Partners. You’ll define our ideal target profile and prospect journey, and a multi-channel campaign strategy for optimal audience engagement. You also will be accountable for tracking demand generation contribution to revenue.

In this highly collaborative role, you’ll be a critical part of the marketing team, and an active partner across the entire IndeVets organization. The ideal candidate can think big while also diving deep into details to make decisions. You will be highly analytical with an eye always on developing the best-integrated – and highly creative- campaigns as we grow our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the demand funnel in concert with partner business units for an integrated approach that maximizes revenue contribution
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear demand generation strategies, programs, and campaigns that align with company goals
  • Define our ideal target profiles and prospect journey, constantly updating and evolving based on the business needs and goals
  • Define and execute multi-channel paid acquisition campaigns, including SEM, trade media, social media, audio, display, video, and more, while constantly identifying and unlocking new growth channels
  • Design and advance email marketing strategies, plans and analytics to best-in-class standards
  • Analyze and report on the impact of lead generation and nurturing campaigns on sales pipeline
  • Attract, interview and hire exceptional staff; supervise, coach, and develop a team of best-in-class talent.

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years of experience in Demand Generation, Digital Marketing, User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar, with at least 2 years leading teams
  • 2 years of experience supervising, coaching, and leading a team of at least four people
  • Demonstrated experience scaling a high-growth demand generation engine (both from a team perspective and a pipeline generation perspective)
  • Extremely knowledgeable about demand strategies, approaches, and technologies
  • Deep understanding of Paid and Organic Marketing, including SEM, Social Media, SEO, Display, Video, Email, Content, etc.
  • Experience with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar, as well as with other marketing automation tools
  • Strong tracking and analytical skills, working with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Power BI, Google Data Studio, and similar
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience working with leading CMSs such as WordPress, etc.
