Elle Seller is looking for a responsible Call Center Agent to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to managers working life and communication.

As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exemplary customer service and efficiently handling their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and effectively.
• Provide superior customer service by actively listening to customers and empathizing with their needs and concerns.
• Identify and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and comprehensively in the designated CRM system.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries and concerns have been addressed to their satisfaction.
• Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center telephony systems.

Salary:

$950 - $1250 /week
