What You’ll Do

• Manage daily administrative tasks to support IFG’s marketing programs and events, including running regular reports, creating stationery and business cards, and managing collateral that reflects IFG’s brand and corporate standards
• Manage and drive IFG’s marketing campaigns in conjunction with key stakeholders/sponsors
• Track and manage IFG’s marketing support program (MSP) and collaborate with committed sponsors
• Assist in the development of collateral to support IFG’s conferences, special events, and sponsorship programs
• Maintain updated design for company forms, corporate templates, and presentations consistent with IFG’s brand identity
• Point of contact for managing and supporting corporate discount program relationships, marketing, and execution
• Develop e-blasts and IFG announcements
• Management of recruitment collateral, including preparation, editing, tracking, ordering, and sending recruitment kits
• Follow direction as provided by the Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communications and the Manager of Corporate Events relating to IFG’s internal and external newsletters, advertising campaigns, recruitment marketing, sponsorship programs, brochures, and advisor- and client-facing material, as well as special projects, as assigned.

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products, including Acrobat and InDesign

• Knowledge of financial services industry a plus
