Inception Fertility Corporate Services is Hiring a Financial Analyst Near Franklin, TN
The Financial Analyst supports the financial planning and analysis function, including but not limited to overall company reporting & performance measurement, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and modeling. This role also provides assistance in the development of various ad hoc analyses in support of overall business decisions that includes ancillary product development, periodic pricing review and other measurement & effectiveness. This position plays a critical role in providing meaningful financial and operational metrics, leading to insightful and data-driven business decisions and analytics. The Financial Analyst will partner with various parts of the organization to understand and identify key business issues and provide financial and analytical support to the leadership team.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Assists in preparation of the consolidated annual budget and monthly forecast as well as capital planning.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of procedures as they relate to financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with all departments of the organization.
- Assist in preparation of Management presentations (Monthly Business Reviews, Board of Directors meetings, forecast review meetings, etc).
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of consolidated financial results with understanding of variances to prior periods and budgets.
- Refine existing models and develop new models to better predict operating performance and minimize risk of forecast/budget variances.
- Assist with the development of standardized reporting that aligns metrics and drivers with the associated financial outcomes.
- Develop and produce high quality analytics to drive operational results.
- Assist with other ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of related experience in financial analysis or analytical reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
- Multi division company experience with Budgeting, Forecasting and Expense analysis.
- Adaptive Insights experience preferred.
- Healthcare experience a plus.
Other Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to perform duties in an organized and efficient manner in order to meet required deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
- A dedicated and focused work ethic.
- Ability to communicate diplomatically, confidentially, and effectively with others in person and in writing.
- Enjoys a challenging and fast-paced work environment and is results driven.
- Demonstrated experience in developing financial models; excellent quantitative analysis and forecasting skills.
