User Support/Help Desk Specialist:

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled User Support/Help Desk Specialist to join their team!

The User Support/Help Desk Specialist will work in close collaboration with IT Department peers, managers, attorneys, and staff are required to assist us in rendering exceptional client service and a high level of technical service supporting our firm's software and hardware needs. The ideal candidate selected for this position must provide guidance for the appropriate use of our systems and develop technical solutions.

This is a direct hire opportunity that is onsite in Chapel Hill, NC

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a structured employee service technology position, including 2 years of hands-on PC hardware, operating system, and software support
• Proficient in Active Directory support (administration experience preferred)
• Strong conceptual knowledge of software and hardware configurations and software applications
• Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field required
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 2016
• Experience with Active Directory
• Experience with support in a virtual environment (VMware) is a plus
• Experience with remote access technologies
