INCATech is Hiring a Quality Control Specialist Near Macon, GA

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The CMS Quality Control Specialist (QCS) reports to the Valiant Site Manager and functions as the overall compliance oversight officer for the CMS Contract operation. The QCS shall utilize a variety of administrative, analytical, and technical methods and techniques to ensure the quality and reliability of services provided by the Valiant/Chemico Team including conducting inspections, investigating problems, recommending corrective action, and performing follow-up to verify resolution. The QCS is responsible for monitoring the PWS APLs and ensuring that the Valiant/Chemico Team remain well within the required parameters.

In addition to the broad management responsibilities addressed above, our QCS is specifically responsible for the following DLA WR-ALC CMS Contract requirements:

  • Implements Quality Control and Safety Plans in coordination with the ESOH Specialist. Reviews, updates, and maintains Valiant Standard Operating Instructions/Process Instructions.
  • Authors and submits comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Collects, reviews, and answers all Customer Relations issues and reports all findings to SM via the monthly QC report.
  • Ensures compliance with all contract specifications and applicable regulations. Inspects all phases of contract operations for conformity, and to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Conducts scheduled and unscheduled random inspections throughout all company departments and personnel.
  • Communicates deficiencies to the Site Manager and offers recommendations on how to fix immediate problems.
  • Coordinates with an assist the ESOH Specialist to conduct all necessary training for each Valiant Employee.
  • Suggests and/or assists with Special Projects when necessary for Process Improvement.
  • Serves as a “manager on call” on assigned weekends to address any concerns or issues which may arise.
  • Assists ESOH Specialist in the maintenance of all Operational and/or Personnel Training Files and systems.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of all contract requirements IAW the PWS.
  • Other duties as assigned. May be temporarily assigned to other duties as necessary to meet Valiant/contract requirements.

Valiant Internal Training (Indoc, SOPs, OJT)
