Incapsulate is Hiring a Community Manager (CRM / Salesforce) Near Washington D.C., VA

Who We Are Looking For: Incapsulate is searching for a Salesforce Community Manager. Our definition of Community Manager is managing and growing two distinct sets of communities; first developing a new community of salesforce customers by sales prospecting and two developing a new community of salesforce account executives that value Incapsulate as a partner. This role will work closing with Sales Marketing and Alliance Management. The goal will be to develop this person into a future career in sales as a quota caring inside sales rep. We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Salesforce the CRM product, Salesforce go to market and sales strategies, and professional services sold for Salesforce systems integration or consulting to support and accelerate Incapsulate revenue growth. We are looking for an individual to coordinate our marketing and sales activities for prospecting for Salesforce new customers as a resource to our marketing and sales teams. We are also looking for this same individual to coordinate our Alliance Management and run our engagement with the salesforce partner program supporting our Alliance Director.

Incapsulate is a Salesforce Platinum - Salesforce Summit Partner and need to continue to drive Salesforce ACV and our own revenue. In an average week, this individual will make 200 Cold Calls to customers prospecting for new business, send 200 Emails to target customers prospecting for new business, develop campaigns for new business using an internal suite of tools. In an average month, this individual will travel to one conference in the Mid Atlantic and 1 internal sales meeting in the DC Metro area.

Location Preference: Washington DC or Washington DC Metro area.

What You Will Do:

  • Help Incapsulate drive engagement growth with new customers and salesforce 
    • Design and execute Customer / Salesforce Engagement campaigns
    • Deliver presentations on our capabilities, success, resources, and GTM motion 
    • Create or repurpose customer stories for slides or documents for Salesforce
    • Create or repurpose Salesplays, Compete Sheets, 
    • Coordinate engagement cadence and joint marketing activities
    • Manage the creation of a Salesforce Newsletter 
    • Manage the Incapsulate Playbook for Salesforce 
  • Help Manage the Salesforce Partner Program, understanding where we are to date with our Employee Certifications, our Appexchange submissions, our ACV Credit, our customer stories, and other assets required by the salesforce partner program.
  • Spend 50% of your time with our Financial Services Businessline and 50% of your time with our Public Sector 

What Qualifies You:

  • Desire to make 200 cold calls a week for 2 year minimum 
  • Desire to send 200 emails a week for 2 year minimum 
  • Strong interest in working for 2 years to build a technology sales career
  • 2 Years experience with CRM or Salesforce
  • 2 Years experience selling products or services 
  • Basic understanding of selling Salesforce or Salesforce Professional Services 
  • Basic understanding of Insurance or Government 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
