WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As a Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant - Patient Coordinator, you will be the "boss of tomorrow." Your primary focus will be on patient accounts, mapping, collections, and building patient relationships. You'll be instrumental in handling incoming calls, managing financial agreements, addressing basic insurance questions, and efficiently closing practice member sign-ups. Working closely with the Check-In CA, you'll ensure smooth office flow and support our team at all times. Having front desk experience as a patient service coordinator is preferred!

WORK SCHEDULE

Your 4-day work schedule as a Check-Out Chiropractic Assistant - Patient Coordinator is as follows:

• Monday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:45 PM
• Tuesday: 1:00 PM - 6:45 PM
• Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 5:45 PM
• Thursday: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM and 2:30 PM - 6:45 PM
