Position Overview:

We are looking for Associate Producers for multiple, upcoming exciting projects! Our APs are vital to our Senior and Executive producers, supporting on the day-to-day of a project from start to finish, and leading distinct workstreams within our largest and most complex campaigns, platforms, and initiatives. Candidates must have 3 years of experience in working in production, supporting creative teams, client, budget and project management efforts in a range of projects: events, exhibitions, collaborations, photo shoots and video productions in a marketing context.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist Producers, Strategists and Designers in planning and execution of all projects
• Assist in budget creation, budget management and expense tracking
• Schedule internal and client meetings, collate recap notes, travel booking, file management, expense reporting, tracking documents, etc
• Support the management of internal projects teams, freelancers and interns
• Assist in negotiation, set up, hiring and management of freelancers, collaborators and vendors on a project basis; foster and maintain collaborative, strong relationships
• Proof client-facing documents and contracts, gather statistics, press and prepare recap documents
• Research and support the creation of documents to communicate ideas to clients, including proposals, production plans, presentations and reports
• Source and manage vendors to obtain and negotiate quotes, oversee production and track deliveries
• Prepare call sheets, run of show, artist agreements and contractor documents
• Coordinate with designers to oversee creation of media and collateral; manage design workflow and print production
• Coordinate internal approvals and traffic creative work
• On-site event production support; weekend/evening availability as needed for events
• Gather statistics, press and prepare recap documents
• Collaborate with team to provide weekly client and internal project status reports
• Maintain and enforce company collaboration tools, calendars, file sharing, time tracking
• Assist in general project administration – travel booking, file management and expenses reporting

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as an Associate Producer in an agency or brand context for 3 years
• Knowledge of best practices in experience design, digital technology and content production 
• Excellent writing, document preparation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with aptitude in fostering long-term relationships
• Outstanding organizational and leadership capabilities 
• Working knowledge of Google Apps and Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of Mavenlink is a plus!
