Fairview Nursing & Rehabilitation Center of Philadelphia, PA is seeking to hire a creative Activities Aide to enrich the lives of our residents! Previous long-term care experience is a PLUS

The responsibilities & duties:

Help residents maintain their highest level of functioning by presenting appropriate activity programs according to the resident’s physical capacity, cognitive ability and interest.

Motivate residents to take an interest in their life and community by investigating alternative methods of activities, hobbies and community interests

Deliver mail, flowers and other items to residents in a timely manner and read mail upon request.

Prepare for activity programs by assuring all supplies are available and the room is ready.

Supervise activities as necessary
