What is the problem we’re trying to solve?

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as product expert to both our Kandu clinicians and Kandu mobile app users. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and workflows. Key contact to providing user support.
  • Support our team of clinical navigators. Provide product support to our team of clinicians, troubleshoot their questions and issues, communicate updates and fixes and escalate issues to product as needed.
  • Work closely with the product management team to identify and communicate trends and product needs.
  • Support our community of survivors and care partners. Provide technical and customer support to our active app users. Assist users with our Kandu App and other technologies, including Zoom, Calendly and phone needs. Support is provided with the understanding that stroke survivors may have certain cognitive and emotional impairments; tailor support to the survivors needs.
  • Create and update user guides and videos of Kandu products. Responsible for training new Kandu employees on the digital platform, in addition to updating the team on new workflows.
  • Execute day-to-day operational product activities to support our clinicians and mobile app users. Example activities include: enrolling new users, building content and administrative configurations of the Kandu digital platform.
  • Work with QA engineers to assist with product testing and quality assurance activities.

Background and Experience

  • Bachelors degree and min 1 yr direct customer service experience required.
  • Strong comfort level with technology, including mobile apps and various smartphones
  • Communication skills, ability to adapt communication based on audience
  • Committed to product knowledge and willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving skills
